  1. Orders should be sent at the next transmission time after they have been validated in our system, this tends to be within a few hours of the order being raised but please allow up to 24 hrs
    Note: We send purchase orders to you seven times a day (09:30, 10:30, 12:30, 14:30, 16:30, 21:30 and midnight).
  2. Check your electronic mailbox, the electronic purchase orders will be passed through to your mailbox immediately
  3. If you have still not received the transmission, contact your EDI provider (in the first instance)
  4. If your EDI provider confirms no file has been received, and you believe this should have been transmitted, please submit a help request
