  1. If you have not received your test order within 24 hrs please contact your EDI provider and ask them to trace the file
  2. If your EDI provider was able to trace the file please let us know here
  3. If your EDI provider was unable to locate the file after the trace is complete - please submit a help request and attach the outcome of your EDI provider's investigation (this can be a copy of their email)
