Overview

It's the responsibility of your organisation's JLP iSupplier Administrator to maintain your JLP iSupplier User base. Only one user can have access to the Profile & User Manager account on iSupplier.

Please ensure any JLP iSupplier Users who leave your organisation have their access removed and any additional users are set up.

If you want to set up access for a new Administrator, please contact the Financial Service Centre using the help request here.

Actions

  1. Log onto iSupplier
Note: must be a validated domain.
  2. On the Home Page, Administrator should click on JLP iSupplier Profile and User Manager
  3. Click on Contact directory this will bring up a list of current users
  4. Locate the user you wish to change, click on the pencil icon in the Update column at the end of the row
  5. This will bring up the contact and you will be able to expand the User Account information by clicking on the plus + on the left hand side
  6. Please untick to remove access to the user responsibilities
  7. Please click Apply in the top right corner to make changes
  8. The user should no longer have access to iSupplier and should no longer show as active on the contact directory screen
