If you have not received your test order within 24 hrs please contact your EDI provider and ask them to trace the file
If your EDI provider was unable to locate the file after the trace is complete - please submit a help request below and attach the outcome of your EDI provider's investigation, raw data will be sent to you to follow up with your EDI provider.
